Everything you need to know about your retreat experience. We’ve kept it clear, simple, and fair.
Booking & Payment
To secure your spot, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This confirms your place and allows us to prepare everything for your arrival.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details you need.
Your wellbeing matters to us. We strongly recommend that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance before attending the retreat.

We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary. You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental readiness for each activity.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen events, insufficient bookings, or situations beyond our control.

If we cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

We will notify you as soon as possible if cancellation becomes necessary and work with you to find the best solution.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The date we receive your email determines which policy applies.

We encourage you to consider travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation timeline above. We aim to process all refunds within 14 business days.

The initial deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it covers administrative and preparation costs.

You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the retreat venue, including flights, visas, and any necessary documentation.

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and check visa requirements for your destination.

Our retreats are shared spaces of healing and growth. We ask all guests to respect themselves, others, and the environment.

We maintain a peaceful, substance-free environment. Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted during the retreat.

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour negatively impacts others’ experience, with no refund provided.
Your experience matters to us. If something isn’t right during your stay, please speak to a team member immediately so we can help.

We encourage you to raise any concerns during the retreat so we have the opportunity to address them while you're with us.
