This retreat is for anyone who feels ready to put themselves first for a change.
Five nights in Cyprus offer the chance to step away from everyday routines, slow down and genuinely replenish. There will be yoga, good food and time together, but also space to rest, explore or simply do very little.
I want you to feel looked after without feeling that every moment of your day has been planned for you.
Each day unfolds at your own pace. The schedule is a gentle guide, not a rigid structure — flexibility and spaciousness are at the heart of this experience.
Gentle morning & early evening sessions
A nourishing meal on your arrival
Pool, beaches, and village walks
Airport transfers to and from the retreat venue
Rest, read, or simply unwind
Cyprus has a very personal place in my heart. Both of my parents were born there and it's somewhere I feel deeply connected to and at home.
Being able to share a little of the Cyprus I love with the people who come on retreat with me is one of the things that makes hosting here particularly special.
This isn't simply somewhere I've chosen because it makes a beautiful backdrop for a yoga retreat. It's a place that means something to me, and I'm very proud to share it with my guests.
One of the unexpected joys of retreat life is what happens when we practise together over several days. Instead of meeting once a week and rushing home, we have time to get to know one another. I can gently tailor each class to the people in the room, and together we begin to notice the subtle shifts that daily practice can bring, both in our bodies and in our nervous systems.
The small-group setting allows the yoga to evolve over the course of the retreat. Classes can respond to how people are feeling and what their bodies need, rather than following a rigid programme decided months beforehand.
Although yoga is an important part of the retreat, I want guests to feel that their time away from the mat is their own. There will be time to relax, read, explore, enjoy the surroundings or simply sit somewhere beautiful without needing to be anywhere else.
For me, a good retreat should feel guided but not managed: enough structure to help you settle and switch off, with enough freedom to make the experience yours.
A £200 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to reserve your place on the retreat.
The retreat requires a minimum of six participants to go ahead. Once six participants have paid their deposits, I will confirm by email that the retreat is going ahead.
If the minimum number is not reached and I decide that the retreat cannot go ahead, all payments you have made will be refunded in full.
Once your deposit has been received, I will send you a booking confirmation with details of what happens next.
The remaining balance is due four weeks before the retreat start date.
You are very welcome to make payments towards your balance at any time between booking and the final payment date. You can choose how much and when you pay, with no interest or additional charge, provided the full balance has been received by the due date.
Bookings made within four weeks of the retreat start date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Please see the Cancellation and Refund sections of the Terms & Conditions for details of what happens if you need to cancel your booking.
