Hi, I'm Marina, a classically trained Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher who does her Yoga with a smile.
I choose to see the lighter side of life, particularly when I'm wobbling around on my mat!
Life can be hectic, we spread ourselves thinly, juggling everything that life throws at us. Practicing Yoga has helped me to reach a stage where I've stopped seeing 'self-care' as 'selfish', I've learnt if I don't care for myself, I can't care well for others -something I've always strived to do but really struggled with.
Practice yoga with Marina to build your strength, improve your flexibility, maintain your mobility and make gains in so many other ways.

Marina is an excellent and caring teacher; her instructions are always clear and she offers explanations as appropriate. Marina is very knowledgeable and she imparts this knowledge in her teaching so that we all come away having learned something new. I really enjoy her classes on Zoom and love the way that she has created a dynamic online community of yogis, a welcoming space for practice and sharing.
