My Philosophy
Hi, I’m Marina, a classically trained Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher who does her Yoga with a smile. I choose to see the lighter side of life, particularly when I’m wobbling around on my mat!
Life can be hectic, we spread ourselves thinly, juggling everything that life throws at us. Practicing Yoga has helped me to reach a stage where I’ve stopped seeing ‘self-care’ as ‘selfish’, I’ve learnt if I don’t care for myself, I can’t care well for others -something I’ve always strived to do but really struggled with.
