Cancellation Policy

Booking deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your space up to 6 months prior to the retreat start, a 50% refund of the remaining balance can be offered. If cancellation is between 6 and 3 months, a 25% refund of the balance owing can be offered. If cancellation is within 3 months of the retreat, no refunds can be offered. However, please contact me directly in any case as I may be able to offer a voucher for a future retreat or go to a waiting list for someone to fill your space.
